We recommend using secure transcript delivery services like Parchment or Scribbles, but if your transfer institution uses another service, that is ok! Or, if your institution would like to send the official transcript directly to us, they can email highschooltranscript@ccbcmd.edu.

To submit your GED scores to CCBC, follow the prompts from the GED Testing Service directly.
Whether you've previously attended another institution or need to transfer in credits earned through exams, our office is here to help you apply prior credit to your CCBC program. Here's how to submit your official transcript to CCBC:

You can also bring your official transcript in a sealed envelope to any Enrollment Services Center during regular business hours. Transcripts from other institutions should be current and submitted to CCBC within one year of the date they are issued.
If you would like to request an official evaluation of transfer credit from previous institutions, agencies, or organizations, you must submit a Transfer Evaluation Request form. We will process your transfer evaluation request 2-4 weeks after we receive your transcripts.
We offer several options if you need to request your official CCBC transcript. Keep in mind that there is a $12 fee for each official transcript you order, with online requests costing $12 each, plus tax.
Transcripts are processed within 3 - 10 business days; allow extra time during the start and end of the semester, Commencement, peak registration and holidays.
If you need to prove that you are enrolled or have earned a degree at CCBC, you can request verification.
CCBC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. Students may check the status of the request by calling 703.742.7791 or by visiting their website. If you have further questions, please contact 443.840.2222.
You can order a replacement degree or certificate directly through Parchment.
If your name has changed since attending CCBC and you want the name to change on your degree or certificate, submit an official Change of Student Information Form before requesting your replacement document.
Current students can request updates to their name, address, contact details, Social Security Number or program of study. Most changes require a form and supporting documentation. Visit myCCBC to get started.
Your student record is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law that limits how and when your information can be shared.
CCBC cannot release your academic or personal information—including class schedules, grades or financial details—without your written permission.
Want someone else to access your records? If you'd like to give a parent, guardian or other third party permission to access specific details in your record, you’ll need to submit a signed FERPA release form.
