Pay your CCBC tuition all at once, or use an interest-free payment plan.

After you register for classes, choose the option that works best for you:

  • Online: Pay online with a credit card or bank transfer. You can also set up an interest-free payment plan online and make monthly payments over the term. See how payment plans work.
  • By mail: Send your payment to Student Financial Services, 800 S. Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21228-5381.
  • In person: Pay at the Student Financial Services office on any CCBC campus.

Payment due dates and plans by term

Choose your term to see when payment is due and when plan payments are scheduled. To avoid late fees, pay in full or set up a plan no later than your term’s deadline.

How payment plans work

A payment plan splits your tuition into a down payment and monthly payments. There’s a $30 enrollment fee, but no interest. A few things to know before you enroll:

  • Enroll early to pay less up front. Any payment dates that have already passed are added to your down payment.
  • Expecting financial aid? Aid that shows on your account is factored into your payments. You don’t need to wait for it to be paid before you enroll.
  • Stay current on your payments. Falling behind may keep you from registering for future terms.

Refunds for credit classes

You may get a refund if you drop a class during the refund period. You may also get a refund if your financial aid is more than your tuition and fees. Refunds are processed throughout the semester.

Find refund deadlines for your term on the academic calendar. For full details, review the Withdrawal and Tuition Refund Policies in the CCBC catalog.

Get your refund faster with eRefund

Set up your eRefund profile to have your refund deposited directly into your bank account. It’s the fastest way to get your refund.

Haven’t set up a profile? Without a profile, your refund will be mailed as a paper check, which takes longer.
